Good Business
A formed personality.
An investment in oneself —
without limits,
across every possible plane of existence as a human being.
It is insight into oneself.
Awareness of one’s strengths and weaknesses.
Moral measures and fundamental principles of goodness and integrity.
A deep awareness of the beings and realities that surround us.
It is the construction of one’s life model —
built solidly, consciously.
It is expressing oneself out loud, with humility.
It is radiance — literally —
visible on the outside and coherent with what we say and what we do.
We have a duty to care for our bodies,
because together with what we feel and how we express ourselves,
we remain one unified whole.
If we reach this state and consciously examine
this condition of mind and body
every day, every week, every month, every year — always —
without being guided by weekdays or weekends,
without waiting for Friday, Tuesday, or the longed-for Saturday —
because it is simply another day lived.
Soberly.
Consciously.
We do not live under the illusion of a better tomorrow,
because whether better or worse,
tomorrow can always be different.
We focus on what exists here and now.
We clean our minds.
In other words:
What do you put into it?
What do you read?
What do you watch?
Who do you speak with — and about what?
There is no place here for substances
or for numbing reality.
What we consume matters deeply —
both physically and spiritually.
It is a continuously fueled fire
of perseverance and mental clarity.
It is a driving force
that powerfully provokes a chain of events.
This is the most important stage.
One must consciously provoke a sequence of events —
and once it is set in motion,
follow it without fear,
with full acceptance of what has been initiated.
There is no place here for desertion.
No retreat.
It must be like the birth of a universe.
It must be real.
Because truth is truth.
It is coherence between what is said
and what is done.
One must be present in it
with their entire being —
both when others are watching
and when one walks the earth alone.
It is awareness of what we desire,
regardless of circumstances.
It is like a parachute canopy just after landing in strong wind —
hundreds of lines tangled around you
as you move forward step by step.
This happens on many levels.
Control and deep analysis
combined with self-assessment.
Distance from oneself.
A sheet of paper —
every day.
Your thoughts.
Your emotions.
Your fears.
Your joys.
Every day.
Consciously.
Until self-respect is achieved
and reciprocated by others —
regardless of who those “others” are.
It is the cultivation of understanding.
Of high empathy.
A constant, conscious creation of
positive, ordered chaos.
Imagining and provoking the driving force
within our minds and hearts,
down to the deepest layers of our subconscious.
It is envisioning everyone around us
united in the realization of a goal.
But it is also deliberate action —
every single day.
Like a drop of water carving stone.
It is skillful, controlled improvisation —
in virtually everything.
It is also the ability to trust and rely on others,
despite imperfections and flaws of existence.
It is motivation and consistency.
Repetition of actions that work.
Constant awareness of growth
from a broad perspective,
with respect and awareness of those around us.
One must never — absolutely never —
fall into self-satisfaction.
Despite achievements, one must never boast.
According to the principle:
Let others praise you, not your own lips.
Go one step further
without expecting recognition.
And if praise comes — do not intoxicate yourself with it.
Surround yourself with people you love
and who love you in return.
Be responsible for them
and give yourself to them fully.
And be certain of this:
When you truly understand all of this,
every intention will succeed.
You will no longer perceive reality
as a source of failures, suffering,
or even success with all its splendor.
Your life will be complete.
And business —
whatever form it takes —
will simply be
an addition to a meaningful life.
